This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for canceling your Invoder Invoices subscription and requesting refunds. By subscribing to our services, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your Invoder subscription at any time through the app or your app store's subscription management.

Cancel Through Invoder App

  1. Open the Invoder Invoices app
  2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription
  3. Tap on Manage Subscription
  4. Select Cancel Subscription to complete the cancellation

Note: Canceling your subscription through the app will automatically stop all future billing.

Cancel Through App Store

For Android (Google Play):

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
  3. Find Invoder Invoices and tap Cancel subscription

For iOS (Apple App Store):

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap your name > Subscriptions
  3. Find Invoder Invoices and tap Cancel Subscription

What Happens After Cancellation

  • You will retain full access to all premium features until the end of your current billing cycle
  • After your billing period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan
  • Your data will be preserved, but access to premium features will be restricted
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation

Refund Policy

Subscription Refunds

Invoder Invoices subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain full access to all premium features for the remainder of your current billing cycle
  • The cancellation will take effect at the start of your next billing period
  • Charges for the current billing cycle are non-refundable

Refund Processing

If you believe you are eligible for a refund due to technical issues or billing errors:

  1. Contact our support team at support@invoder.com
  2. Provide your registered email and details of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Service unavailability for extended periods

Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period:

  • You can cancel anytime without being charged
  • You get full access to all premium features
  • If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin
